To promote social and industrial development, we have established industry–government–academia–research collaborations, fostering mutual exchange and inspiring innovative thinking. We engage with academic institutions to launch various R&D cooperation projects, enabling Tande to grow and strengthen its technological capabilities. In 2022, Tande collaborated with a national university on one technical research project, with a total research funding of NT$700,000. In 2024, Tande again collaborated with a national university on one technical research project, with a total research funding of NT$400,000.

2. Donation to Douliu Branch, Yunlin Volunteer Fire Brigade : In recognition of the valuable contributions of volunteer firefighters to local disaster relief, the Company makes regular donations to the Douliu Branch of the Yunlin Volunteer Fire Brigade.

Donation to the Taichung Charity Elite PGA Professional Golf Open : This tournament allocates charitable donations to four domestic disadvantaged groups, including Taichung Municipal Chiming School, the Changhua Happy Polio Care Association, Taichung Municipal Special Education School, and the Puli Children’s Philharmonic Orchestra of Nantou.
